He has extensive leadership experience in the business, nonprofit, and public policy arenas. He has spoken to audiences across North America on a broad range of subjects which have at their root the elements of positive community change and the role of leadership.

Anne Luke, the Campaign Director for the Small Hands Big Dreams Campaign, gave a passionate set of remarks about the importance of early childhood development at the Great-West Life - London Life - Canada Life event where the company donated $100,000 to the Regina Early Learning Centre Capital Fund.
