Job Description: Volunteers are needed to collect food donations from residential locations throughout the city on October 16th, 2010. This is our biggest special event of the year. All food collected ensures that familes won't go hungry over the fall and holiday season.
Hours of Work: October 16th, 2010 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - hours within this time frame are flexible.
Volunteer Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry food in bags or boxes from homes to your vehicle.

Job Description: We are searching for individuals, businesses, community groups or a group of friends interested in coordinating Wishmaker Walk for wishes October 16th, 2010 in Regina. This is the 6th Annual Walk in Regina and it has been a huge success. We need someone to help organize and coordinate the walk, with the help of other volunteers. Attract walkers and businesses to the walk and Children's Wish. You will be completely supported by the office in Saskatoon and the past walk coordinator.
Hours of Work: Sporatic hours - most of the planning is in September
Volunteer Requirements: Having planned an event would be helpful, having contacts in the community would be helpful.
