We strongly believe in the future of the City of Regina. We believe just as passionately that our future as a city is a commonly held trust that belongs to everyone who lives here. We believe that we all have a responsibility to invest in that common future if we wish to have the community we desire.

We believe that together united by that vision, we can change lives and build a city and community that everyone can call home with a sense of pride and dignity.

Building Our Community
United Way gives individuals and families the opportunity to reach their potential and improve their quality of life. Whether we fund programs that enable vulnerable families to be successful, help a high school student stay in school, or empower the residents of our inner city neighbourhoods to take back their communities block by block, United Way’s impact is local, tangible and meaningful.

Building Our Organization
United Way of Regina has made a commitment to diversity in terms of dedicating time and resources to building relationships that achieve a broad representation of experiences, perspectives and opinions.  Currently, our diversification portfolio focuses on engaging both retirees and young people aged 19 – 35 whom we call GenNext.  

We realize inclusiveness is an essential source of vitality and strength for the effective pursuit of any organizations mission.  Identifying solutions to challenges facing our community requires input and ideas from many partners including retirees and youth.
