Where our community learns

Building a strong community requires more than financial resources. It requires active volunteerism, a healthy voluntary sector, and strong community based organizations capable of achieving their intended outcomes.

As a capacity builder, United Way Regina takes a strategic, focused approach to achieving impact and has committed to providing resources for organizational development and effectiveness. These workshops have been intended to support and strengthen the work of your organization.

Workshop details and registration will be posted as the opportunities become available.

Many not for profit organizations have only a few employees (or none at all), and thus, implementing a comphrensive human resource program is not practical. However, organizations are still obligated to manage the risks and comply with relevant laws and regulations. We will explore human resource processes for employees and volunteers in a not for profit context.
