United Way's Loaned Representative (Loaned Rep) program offers a unique professional, personal and community development experience for up-and-coming employees - our LEADERS of tomorrow. Loanded Reps who are provided to United Way by local workplaces for a 15-week period, play an integral role in ensuring our Workplace Campaigns result in the greatest impact for our community. THe United Way workplace campaign is our primary source of revenue, making it a critical component in our ability to achieve our goal of addressing the root causes of the complex issues that we face as a community. Participation in this program makes a meaningful and measureable investment in the community, in employees and the organization that provides an employee.
