Funded Partners Fair -
Everyone Welcome!
Wednesday September 1

Each fall, United Way hosts a Funded Partners Fair to introduce our new Community Campaign Interns to our Funded Partners and the valuable work they do in our community.

This year we are pleased to extend the invitation to you and others including: Campaign Cabinet, UWR Board Members, Employee Campaign Coordinators (ECCs) and other supporters.

It's an excellent opportunity for ECC's to learn more about the United Way and meet some of our Funded Partners.


The Fair will take place at United Way, 1440 Scarth Street in the Community Room on Wednesday September 1, 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. 
Free parking available.

United Way's Circle of Care Kick-Off Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, September 15 at Queensbury Downs at Evraz Place. Doors open 11:30 am.

United Way of Regina’s GenNext Presents: Community Pursuit

An interactive afternoon presented in partnership with Bloodhound Games. Come out and learn about your community while participating in a customized group Amazing Race style game. You will participate in various challenges, puzzles and searches to test your collective knowledge and ability!

Volunteers Needed!!!

United Way BBQ at the University of Regina
Thursday September 9th, 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are in need of 10 volunteers who can help with the BBQ from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The BBQ is a part of the welcome week activities at the University of Regina, and all proceeds from the BBQ go to the United Way of Regina to support and mobilize the community through four priority areas of early life, education, income and social inclusion.

Volunteers Required at GenNext QCM Aid Station
We’re looking for high energy volunteers to help United Way of Regina’s GenNext committee support the over 3,700 athletes in the Queen City Marathon as well as vie for the coveted “Best Aid Station Award”. 

Sunday September 12, 2010
8:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 
Volunteers will hand out water/gatorade, vaseline and gel packs
